After three years of preparation the NJF Congress was held in Reykjavík. The congress is held annually in the Nordic countries and every year the location cycles between the Nordics. It was a three day congress with exhibitions, catering, a reception, a visit to the President, and a celebratory dinner. The 21st annual NJF Congress was held in Harpa May 2-4 2019.
Sena handled finances, contracts with suppliers, arranging meeting rooms and venue for both formal events and parties, resources such as website, brochures, printing and everything that goes with it, communication with participants, registration, abstracts and communication with the committee and authors, catering and coffee throughout the event including final dinner, booking entertainment, opening reception, day tours for guests (including transportation, guiding, catering), an exhibition held alongside the congress, hotel bookings and much more.
