We held a unique event for Arion Bank's annual gala. Everything was spectacular from the moment the guests walked in, until they left. The event was held in Harpa Concert Hall, and we decided to have the dining set-up spread around the venue in open areas. We had concerts and other entertainment in the concert halls Hörpuhorn and Silfurberg for dansing and entertainment.
This type of large-scale gala event had not been done before in Iceland. The scope of the catering service for the number of guests and with this level of execution and finesse had not been done before. We worked with a great team from Harpa and HK catering to make this possible, and delivered a beautiful outcome.
Since the dining tables were spread throughout the hall, the Icelandic Circus held the guests entertained by walking between tables, and held many separate private entertainment for each section. This way everyone had a good time both while dining, and dancing in the concert halls.
The execution went extremely well and resulted in a unforgettable event. A new experience for everyone, and all challenges were handled brilliantly by our team and our partners.
